What Is T-Tapp?
T-Tapp is a workout program created by Theresa Tapp that claims to:
- tighten and tone your body
- increase (or maintain) bone density
- improve blood sugar levels
- improve posture
- reduce cholesterol levels
- help with weight loss
And all of these benefits are possible with a short, low-impact workout!
So, if you are recovering from illlness, injury, or just starting to exercise, this program could be a great fit.
