I created this blog just for women like you and me that are struggling with symptoms of adrenal fatigue, weight gain, hormone imbalance, sleep troubles, and more. (You can read a little more about my story here if you’re interested).
My hope is that this will be a place where we make our own supportive community to share ideas, tips, and wisdom from our experiences.
I don’t pretend to have all the answers (and I certainly don’t have it all together) but I have learned a few important lessons over the last 10 years on my road to better health and would love to share if it can help you in any way.
I also know that when women come together there is strength, power, and real healing can happen.
