Instructions

  1. Beat eggs in a medium bowl.
  2. Mash the banana and mix it into the egg mixture.
  3. Mix well until blended and only small lumps remain.
  4. Stir in cinnamon and vanilla.
  5. Cook over medium heat.
  6. When the edges begin to brown, flip and cook for another 30-60 seconds or until cooked through.
  7. Top with your favorite berries, syrup, butter, or whatever your tastes buds are asking for 🙂

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

Beat eggs in a medium bowl.
