The holidays are quickly approaching and I don’t know about you, but I always feel like the last few months of the year fly by! It seems like after Halloween you blink and it’s Christmas.

So, in an effort to be a little more prepared, I thought I would make a health & wellness holiday gift guide!

If you’re anything like me it seems like every year it gets more difficult to find a gift that the people on my list will like and actually use.

But not this year!

No, ma’am! This year you will be able to find a gift quickly and easily for everyone on your list. And best of all- they’ll love it!

How do I know this?

I know this because all of the ideas included in this health & wellness holiday gift guide are items that I have personally tried and loved 🙂

Holiday Gift Guide: Best Health & Wellness Gift Ideas

These awesome gifts are what the people on my list are getting this year. It is so fun to give gifts that people will love, don’t already have, and will add to their health and wellness.

On to the list!

1. Verilux Happy Light Therapy Lamp

Know someone who suffers from Seasonal Affective Disorder, seems a little down, or really misses the sun in the winter? This light is a great gift idea!
It supplies full-spectrum light that can help improve mood and sleep issues people often experience in the winter months.

2. Trigger Point Massage Tool

Ok, this trigger point massage tool might look weird, but trust me, it’s amazing!! Use this to work out all of those sore muscle knots and trigger points anywhere on the body, including those hard to reach places on the back and shoulders.

3. A Gratitude Journal

This gratitude journal is a guide to help you start each day by concentrating on the good in life. There are inspirational quotes, a space to write, and a weekly checkpoint or question to help you on your journey of gratitude.

5. Himalayan Salt Lamp

Himalayan salt lamps are a great source of gentle, soothing light, have been said to help improve air quality, and some even find that their allergies are helped. These lamps are beautiful and an interesting conversation starter too!

4. Safe Sleeve Phone Case

Safe Sleeve Phone Cases have been shown to block up to 99% of EMF radiation from cell phones. Give the gift of health this year by helping to reduce harmful radiation for those you care about. These cases have been lab-tested, have a built-in wallet, a stand, and military-grade shielding.

6. Defender Pad

The Defender Pad uses multiple layers of shielding material to block harmful EMF radiation. It is also a heat shield for your laptop. It is slim and portable so it is easy to take anywhere. It is also available in a variety of colors!

7. Blue Light Blocking Glasses

Blue light (like that from computers and tv’s) after dark can cause lower melatonin levels, disrupted sleep, and can negatively affect cortisol levels. To reduce negative effects, glasses like these blue light blocking glasses can be used.

8. Essential Oil Set

This essential oil set is perfect for someone just getting interested in essential oils or a long-time user. There are 14 of the most common oils in a beautiful wood box. Any essential oil lover is going to love this gift!

9. Essential Oil Diffuser

This cool-mist diffuser is both beautiful and functional. It is ultra-quiet, has a timer option, and automatically shuts off if there is no more water. There are also 7 different colored light options to choose from.

10. Own Your Self by Dr. Kelly Brogan

Own Your Self is a must-have for anyone that struggles with anxiety, depression, or fatigue! Dr. Brogan is a holistic psychiatrist that has helped so many overcome their struggles with an effective, drug-free approach. This book is full of great information and will have you (or someone you know) thinking about anxiety, depression, and mental illness in general in a whole new way.

11. Tea Drops

Tea drops are a fun gift for the tea lover on your list! These drops are organic, loose leaf tea with no additives. The tea is ground and pressed into shapes so all you have to do is hot water and you have instant, delicious tea! These cute tea drops come in a wood box with directions right on the side.

12. Sunrise Alarm Clock

A sunrise alarm clock is a perfect gift for someone that has a hard time getting out of bed in the morning. This clock simulates sunrise so that you begin to wake naturally and not get scared out of bed by a loud beeping while you’re deep in sleep. There are other handy features too such as snooze, radio, and even nature sounds!
