Are you craving a good peanut butter cookie but need something easy, healthy, and of course, delicious?

You have found the perfect recipe, my friend!

These peanut butter cookies are grain-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, and have no refined sugar.

One more thing to love- they only require 3 ingredients!

I told you they were easy!

Peanut Butter Cookie Ingredients:

If your mouth is watering and you’re ready to have warm, fresh peanut butter cookies in less than 30 minutes, here is what you need:

  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips (optional)

What To Do:

1. Heat your oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix honey, peanut butter, and egg together until well mixed and smooth 3. Add in chocolate chips and mix well (this step is optional but totally recommended to add to the deliciousness!)
4. Let the dough sit for a few minutes to firm up a bit
5. Use a Tablespoon to scoop onto a cookie sheet or roll into balls with hands
6. Place on parchment paper or silicone baking mat
7. Use a fork and press down onto peanut butter ball. Make an x pattern (this is not absolutely necessary, it’s just for looks)
8. Bake for 10-12 minutes and then let cool before moving to a storage container.

That’s it! That’s all there is to making the easiest, most delicious peanut butter cookies ๐Ÿ™‚

If you’re anything like me you will put your cookies in the oven, have every intention of checking on them in 10 minutes, and then forget because you get busy doing something else.
