How To Make Chocolate Banana Bites

You’re going to love this, it is so easy!

First, cut 3 bananas into 1/2-1 inch slices and place them onto a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Place the banana slices in the freezer.

Next, on low-medium heat melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler.
(If you don’t have a double boiler you can make a homemade one of sorts and melt the chocolate chips by adding a few cups of water to a pot and placing a smaller pot on top with the chocolate chips inside).

Remove the banana slices from the freezer and begin spooning melted chocolate over the top of each one.

*Or, for a less messy option, you can use a popsicle stick, insert it into the piece of banana (before freezing), and dip the fruit into the chocolate 😉

Finally, place the chocolate-covered banana slices back in the freezer for about 20 minutes.

When the chocolate has hardened you can remove the chocolate banana bites from the freezer and enjoy or store them in a container in the refrigerator for later.
