Easy Chia Pudding

Easy Chia Pudding Recipe

If you ever find yourself reaching for an afternoon snack, you’re going to love this easy chia pudding recipe!

I have to admit, at first I stayed away from anything with chia seeds.

I don’t like foods with weird textures (tapioca pudding comes to mind) and this just looked like it could feel really creepy in your mouth.

Know what I mean?

Maybe it’s just me. Anyway…..

One reason I did decide to finally take the plunge and give this easy chia pudding a try was that I needed healthy snack ideas for my kids, and my daughter really likes tapioca pudding.

The other reason was that chia seeds have a number of health benefits!

And since we don’t usually make pudding (it typically has junk ingredients and too much sugar) my kids thought this was a fun, tasty treat!

So let’s recap really fast and go over a few of the great things about chia pudding

  • It is SUPER easy to make
  • Chia seeds are a very healthy food to add to your diet
  • You can get creative and make almost any flavor you want
  • You can have a quick snack available so you don’t have to reach for less healthy options

Have I talked you into trying it yet?
